When: Monday, July 4th 2011 7:30pm
Where: Pier I, 500 West 70th Street (in Riverside Park at 70th Street)

Everyone is welcome.
Just bring yourself, preferably in Yukata or in whatever that matches us and enjoy a nice summer night sunset and fireworks with us.
Please meet us at 7:30 pm at Pier I,
500 West 70th Street (in Riverside Park at 70th Street) .
You will only cover your own drinks & food. We will enjoy the fireworks and might walk around the city after.

Yukata:
Yukata is Summer version of Kimono, it is casual and most of them are made of cotton. Yukata are a common sight in Japan at fireworks displays, bon- odori festivals, and other summer events. The yukata is also frequently worn after bathing at traditional Japanese hotels. Unlike formal Kimono, which are made of silk, yukata are typically made of cotton.

If you have your own Yukata and have a problem to wear it, please email to info@nihongochannel.com.

We are looking forward to see you in YUKATA at the place on July 4th!
