Grilled “DAIKON”

DAIKON is Japanese radish and very popular vegetable in Japan.
I found this Japanese cooking show and the recipe is pretty good.

Ingredient:
DAIKON
Sesame oil
Grated DAIKON
Scallion
Dried Bonito flake

Japanese cooking show is very serious and quiet, very different from American food shows. But I love to watch American food show too! They are too much sometimes but I love it!
